Security Deposit

We would like to emphasize the importance of adhering to the rules and regulations provided during your stay. Failing to do so may lead to a deduction from your security deposit. Quiet times

We would like to bring to your attention that our premises are situated in a residential community. So, as it may be a popular holiday destination, it is also the residence for many individuals. Thus, we kindly request that you honour their privacy, in particular, that noise levels be kept to a minimum between 9 pm and 8 am.

Please be advised that a noise monitor has been installed on the premises to monitor noise levels and ensure they are maintained within acceptable limits. Notifications will be sent if the noise exceeds the established threshold. Adhering to the three-strike rule for noise disturbances is essential. We kindly ask for your cooperation in creating a peaceful environment for the comfort of all guests. Thank you for your understanding and adherence to this policy.  
 

Smoking Policy

This property strictly upholds a smoke-free policy, which prohibits smoking of any kind, including vaping. If you choose to smoke on the balcony, kindly ensure that all windows and doors are closed to prevent smoke from entering the premises. Please be aware that there is a smoke detection monitor in place, which alerts us if any smoke has entered the property. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the deduction of the security deposit. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Accidents 

Accidents can happen to anyone, and we totally get it! In the unfortunate event that something gets broken, please inform us right away. For minor damages, we usually won't charge you. However, if it's a more significant issue like the TV screen, we'd prefer to discuss the cost before you depart, ensuring a smooth resolution. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!

ID

We reserve the right to obtain identification upon booking at Equoh Nights. This just means that if something goes wrong we can solve it, this is essential for a great experience for you, and for us!

Pets 

We love our non human companions big or small but in order to be respectful to our environment we've chosen to make this a pet-free home.
